King Vulko

If you've read recent Aquaman stories, you might be curious as to who Vulko is. Well, he's one of my personal favorite characters. Vulko was the subject of my 2003 April Fools Joke, and that page actually has a pretty decent summary of who the character is, right up to the early issues of the most recent run. I'll be looking for good Vulko panels while rereading my comics... but for today I'll run this one from Adventure Comics #448.
