The Haloscan commenting system appears to be going away, so the comments will vanish for awhile until we can get the more standard Blogger comments inserted. Sorry about that.
UPDATE: Blogger commenting is up, but the old comments have been lost. Well, I have them, but they are in a format that is difficult to read and cannot be uploaded. So everybody starts fresh with new comments now.
