Is It Possible to Waterboard Aquaman?

Last night's opening to the Colbert Report asked that not-very-important question.

The answer? Probably. It depends on how Aquaman actually breathes underwater. If the act of waterboarding doesn't activate his "gills" or whatever mechanism allows him to exist underwater, then waterboarding would work. Of course, you have to A) catch him, and B) hold him when he's able to break through the skin of a submarine with his bare hands.
